About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative

Email Automation Engineer

to join our team in the

Consulting sector

. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and measurable business impact. Youll collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver targeted communications, enhance customer journeys, and ensure our campaigns perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize

email automation workflows

to improve engagement and conversion rates. Manage and segment

email lists

for effective targeting and personalized communications. Collaborate with

cross-functional teams

(marketing, sales, product) to align campaigns with business objectives. Monitor campaign performance metrics, conduct

A/B testing

, and recommend improvements for better open/click-through rates. Utilize platforms like

HubSpot, Brevo, Mailchimp, or Marketo

to streamline and scale email operations. Stay updated on the

latest trends and best practices

in email automation, analytics, and customer engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

2 - 3 years

of hands-on experience in

email automation/marketing automation

(B2B or B2C). Proficiency in

HubSpot, Brevo, Mailchimp, Marketo, or similar platforms

. Strong understanding of

email campaign analytics

and ability to translate insights into actions. Combination of

creative and analytical mindset

with a focus on user experience. Excellent

written and verbal communication skills

and ability to work in collaborative environments. Experience with

personalization, lead nurturing, and segmentation strategies

.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

. Relevant certifications in

email marketing/marketing automation

are a plus.
