Job Summary

We are looking for an

Email Marketing Executive

who will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and conversions. The role requires strong analytical skills, content sense, and hands-on experience with email marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage

email marketing campaigns

(promotional, transactional, drip, and automation) Create and manage

email funnels, newsletters, and lead-nurturing campaigns

Segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and lifecycle stage Draft compelling

email content, subject lines, CTAs

, and coordinate with design team Monitor and improve

open rates, CTRs, conversions, and deliverability

Perform

A/B testing

on subject lines, content, and layouts Maintain and clean email databases to ensure data accuracy and compliance Ensure compliance with

email regulations

(GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) Coordinate with sales and CRM teams for lead handover and campaign alignment Track campaign performance and prepare

weekly/monthly reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

1-4 years

of experience in email marketing or digital marketing Hands-on experience with tools like

Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, MoEngage, Clevertap, or similar

Strong understanding of

CRM systems

and customer journeys Good copywriting and communication skills Basic knowledge of

HTML/CSS

for email templates (preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with

marketing automation

Knowledge of lead scoring and funnel optimization Experience in

real estate / B2B / PropTech / SaaS

is a plus Familiarity with Google Analytics and email performance dashboards
