Key Responsibilities:

Email & Chat Support:

Respond to customer queries and provide solutions via email and live chat.

Problem Resolution:

Handle customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions in a professional, clear, and concise manner.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to deliver accurate information to customers.

Escalation Handling:

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring customers are kept updated.

Documentation:

Log and document all interactions with customers in the CRM system.

Feedback:

Provide feedback on recurring customer concerns or issues to help improve processes and products.

Requirements:

Experience:

0-2 years in customer service, preferably in email or chat support (Experience in night shifts is a plus).

Communication Skills:

Excellent written communication skills with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and professionally.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in using email platforms, chat software, and basic CRM systems. Familiarity with helpdesk software is a plus.

Problem-Solving Ability:

Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.

Shift Flexibility:

Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM or as per the shift schedule).

Attention to Detail:

Accuracy in documenting customer interactions and resolving inquiries.

Team Player:

Able to collaborate with a remote or in-house team to achieve company goals.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
