Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries via

chat, email, and WhatsApp

in a timely and professional manner. Assist with inquiries related to

subscriptions, login access, travel deals, renewals, and special offers

. Log, track, and resolve customer issues efficiently through the

CRM or ticketing system

. Coordinate with internal teams --

Sales, Operations, and Tech

-- for issue resolution. Maintain accurate communication records and ensure all interactions meet service quality standards. Share

FAQs, policy details, and plan information

to help customers with self-service. Identify

upselling and renewal opportunities

during customer interactions. Ensure consistent adherence to

response time and service quality

targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



2 years+

of experience in

customer support, chat process, or email handling

(experience in the

travel industry

preferred). Excellent

written English

and strong communication skills. High attention to detail and strong

problem-solving abilities

. Proficient in

CRM tools, email platforms, and WhatsApp Web

. Positive attitude with a

customer-first and solution-oriented

mindset.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
