We are looking for a

Chat Process Executive

to handle customer queries and provide support through online chat. The candidate should have good communication skills, typing speed, and a customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries through chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products/services. Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate if required. Maintain customer records and update databases. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets. Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.

Requirements



Good written English and typing speed (minimum 30-35 wpm). Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with chat software. Prior experience in BPO or customer service preferred. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
