Job Details Job Title Email Admin Direct Supervisor Team Leader Function Rental Operations Salary Range NA Position Type Full Time Shift Timings Should be open to work in US Shifts Location Bengaluru Allowances As per CTC Role Summary This role is part of Customer Operations team, responsible for clearly understanding the emails sent to various email addresses within the organization in the form of Salesforce cases and routing them to the correct queues where they can be addressed by the right teams. This role will also identify spam, prioritise cases if they need immediate attention or need to be highlighted. External Interfaces Internal Interfaces NA Team Leaders, Assistant Managers and Managers of the processes to which the cases are routed. Quality Assurance Team Technology Team for any system related issues Job Requirements Education Relevant Experience Minimum 01 year of experience in email L2 process or Technical Know-how/Tools used Proficient with MS Office, including Excel, Word and Bachelors degree is required experience handling email queues PowerPoint Salesforce Service Cloud experience is a plus. Experience with property management a plus information. Ability to learn and apply the learnings. Be a team player. Behavioural Skills Ability to summarize longer text while retaining critical Directory Private and Confidential Page 1 Pretium Enterprise Services Initiative-taking approach towards the assigned jobs Roles & Responsibilities Operations Management 1. Reads email inbound to the Contact Centre represented as a Salesforce Case 2. Apply on-the-job training and enact the appropriate next step. 3. 4. Routes all non-spam cases to the correct departmental Salesforce queues 5. Publish necessary reports to stakeholders 6. May need to work on Weekends and Holidays Identify and mark spam emails/cases Stakeholder Management 1. Communicate with teams where email cases are being routed. Other requirements 1.
