Job Description

Installation

: Install, configure, and commission ELV systems such as CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television), access control, security systems, fire alarm systems, public address systems, structured cabling, and networking equipment. Ensure proper wiring, grounding, and connectivity according to industry standards and project specifications.

Maintenance

: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the continuous operation of ELV systems. Conduct periodic inspections, testing, and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance. Identify and rectify faults or malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.

Troubleshooting

: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with ELV systems by employing systematic methodologies. Utilize testing equipment and diagnostic tools to pinpoint the root cause of problems. Implement corrective actions and solutions to resolve technical issues effectively.

Upgrades and Expansion

: Assess the feasibility of system upgrades and expansions based on client requirements and technological advancements. Plan and execute upgrades or expansions to accommodate increased capacity or new functionalities. Coordinate with vendors or suppliers for procurement of necessary components or equipment.

Documentation

: Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and repairs performed. Generate reports detailing system performance, issues encountered, and actions taken. Update technical documentation, including schematics, diagrams, and manuals as needed.

Training and Supervision

: Provide guidance and training to junior technicians or installers on proper installation techniques, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols. Supervise and oversee the work of subordinate technicians to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.

Customer Service

: Interact with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide technical support. Collaborate with project managers or stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Compliance and Safety

: Adhere to relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards governing the installation and operation of ELV systems. Ensure compliance with industry best practices and quality standards in all aspects of work.

Continuous Learning

: Stay updated on advancements in ELV technology, emerging trends, and industry developments through training programs, seminars, and professional certifications.

Pay: ?21,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
