ELV Systems Supervisor Division:Electrical or Special Systems Reports to:Head of Electrical Division / Senior ELV Manager Position Type:Full-Time, Supervisory

Position Summary:

The ELV Supervisor manages the design and integration of all extra-low voltage systems for smart buildings.This role requires a broad technical understanding of multiple low-voltage systems and the ability to lead a specialized team in creating cohesive and integrated designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of ELV designers and engineers. Oversee the design and integration of various ELV systems, including: Structured Cabling Systems (SCS) Data Networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) Telecommunications Public Address (PA) and Audio-Visual (AV) Systems Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection) Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS) interfaces Develop ELV schematic diagrams, riser diagrams, and equipment layout drawings. Coordinate space planning for ELV rooms (TRs, SERs) and pathways with architects and structural engineers. Ensure designs meet relevant standards (e.g., BICSI, TIA/EIA). Liaise with technology vendors and IT consultants.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute. BICSI RCDD certification is highly desirable. 7+ years of experience in ELV system design and integration. Supervisory or team leadership experience. Proficiency in CAD/Revit for ELV drawings. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and networking principles.
