Job Description

The ELV Supervisor will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing Extra Low Voltage (ELV) system installations at project sites. The role involves managing site teams, ensuring quality installation, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring timely project completion in line with Telenova Networks' standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise installation and execution of ELV systems including: Structured Cabling (LAN, WAN, Fiber Optic) CCTV Surveillance Systems Access Control Systems Fire Alarm Systems Public Address (PA) Systems IP Telephony & Video Conferencing Wi-Fi and Networking Solutions Manage day-to-day site activities and workforce (technicians, helpers, subcontractors). Ensure installations are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and other trades at site. Monitor material usage and coordinate with the store/purchase team for site requirements. Ensure testing, commissioning, and handover documentation are completed. Identify and resolve site issues, technical problems, and execution challenges. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and site regulations. Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports. Support inspections, audits, and client walkthroughs.
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of ELV systems and site execution practices. Ability to read and understand ELV drawings, schematics, and layouts. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD drawings is an added advantage. Good team management and coordination skills. Effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Ability to handle multiple sites and work under deadlines. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, reporting).
Preferred Requirements

Experience in IT / ELV / Networking solutions companies. Hands-on experience in testing and commissioning activities. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for ELV systems.
