Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, and Networking Systems.
Oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works ensuring adherence to project drawings, specifications, and standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely completion of work.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Conduct quality checks, safety inspections, and verify material usage at the site.
Assist in preparing BOQs, material requests, and project documentation.
Troubleshoot site issues and ensure compliance with electrical and safety codes.
Support testing and commissioning of all systems prior to handover.
Ensure that project timelines and budgets are met with efficiency and accuracy.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of ELV & MEP systems installation and maintenance.
Understanding of electrical drawings, schematics, and site layouts.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in EEE / ECE /Mechanical
