to lead our Extra Low Voltage (ELV) project vertical. This leadership role demands hands-on expertise in managing end-to-end ELV system installations with a sharp focus on timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
Prepare detailed project execution plans including BOQs, timelines, manpower deployment, and resource mobilization
Manage complete project lifecycle from site survey, design finalization, installation to commissioning and handover
Technical Oversight:
Lead design reviews and technical discussions with consultants, architects, and clients
Ensure compliance with industry codes, OEM guidelines, and project specifications
Validate engineering drawings, SLDs, cable layouts, and rack elevations
Team & Vendor Management:
Supervise and mentor project engineers, site supervisors, and technicians
Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for product delivery, support, and trainings
Set performance KPIs and conduct regular reviews with project teams
Client Coordination & Stakeholder Management:
Attend client meetings, handle escalations, and provide real-time project updates
Ensure all project documentation, approvals, and billing milestones are achieved
Build long-term client relationships by ensuring high-quality execution
Risk & Quality Control:
Implement risk management processes to avoid cost overruns and delays
Conduct routine quality checks and ensure adherence to safety protocols
Monitor SLA compliance and warranty commitments post-handover
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, design, procurement, and service departments
Provide technical inputs during pre-sales for project estimation and feasibility
Contribute to process automation, ERP updates, and digital tracking systems
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Electronics/Telecom/Electrical Engineering
7+ years of experience in ELV Projects, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of ELV systems design, integration, and commissioning
Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Certifications:
BICSI / PMP / Fire & Safety / OEM ELV Training Certifications
