Role Overview:



The ELV/MEP Project Manager will lead and manage projects related to comprehensive building systems, including Electronic Security, Fire Safety, CCTV, Entrance Control, BMS (Building Management Systems), Electrical Systems, the ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between these multidisciplinary systems and various project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:



- Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets from inception to completion. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- System Integration and Coordination: Ensure the seamless integration and coordination of all MEP and ELV systems, including electrical, lighting, fire safety, electronic security (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms), and BMS.

- Technical Expertise & Guidance: Provide technical expertise and guidance to design and site teams on the installation, testing, and commissioning of all relevant systems, ensuring they meet design specifications and performance standards.

- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Oversee quality control assessments and ensure strict compliance with relevant industry standards, local codes, safety regulations (e.g., NFPA), and contractual obligations.

- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities. Facilitate clear communication to address inquiries, resolve issues, and manage expectations.

- Procurement and Vendor Management: Oversee procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and material acquisition, to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.

- Site Supervision and Execution: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction activities comply with project plans, quality standards, and safety procedures.

- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change requests, as-built drawings, and specifications for senior management and clients.

Qualifications and Skills:



- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience: Proven experience in project management, specifically handling large-scale, complex MEP/ELV construction projects.

- Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of MEP systems (electrical, lighting, fire fighting, plumbing) and ELV systems (CCTV, access control, BMS, PA systems).

- Project Management Skills: Strong proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM). PMP or equivalent certification is often preferred.

- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
