Key Responsibilities

1. System Design & Integration

Design and implement

ELV systems

including

Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Structured Cabling, and Networking systems

. Develop

integrated ELV and IT infrastructure solutions

, ensuring interoperability and compliance with project and client requirements. Prepare

technical drawings, schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD

(AutoCAD proficiency is

mandatory

). Conduct

site surveys

and prepare

as-built drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation

. Evaluate site conditions and ensure system designs align with

network architecture, power distribution, and safety standards

.

2. Project Execution & Coordination

Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients to ensure timely and successful delivery of ELV and IT systems. Support

installation, configuration, and commissioning

of systems, performing necessary testing and validation. Provide

technical assistance during pre-sales and execution

, including equipment selection and solution design. Monitor and report project progress, ensuring adherence to

quality and compliance standards

.

3. Compliance & Documentation

Prepare and maintain

design documentation, test reports, compliance checklists, and as-built records

. Ensure all systems comply with

applicable standards

. Maintain accurate documentation for future maintenance and audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in

Electronics, Electrical, or IT Engineering

(or equivalent).

2-5 years of experience

in

ELV and IT system design, installation, and commissioning

. Strong knowledge of

Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, Access Control, PA Systems, Structured Cabling, Networking, and Server Room Setup

.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.

Hands-on experience in preparing

BOQs, single-line diagrams, and schematics

. Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience / Certifications

Experience with

Honeywell, Bosch, Siemens, Ravel, or Notifier fire alarm systems

. Familiarity with

Cisco / HP / Aruba networking solutions

.

CCNA or equivalent network certification

preferred. Exposure to

data center and AV system integration

projects is an added advantage. Knowledge of

BMS, Access Control Protocols, and Integration Platforms

will be considered a plus
