Job Description

Training Delivery

: Conduct comprehensive theoretical lessons and practical lab sessions on the installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of ELV systems.

Curriculum Development

: Develop, update, and enhance training materials, including lesson plans, course outlines, and learning objectives, ensuring alignment with global and industry standards (e.g., National Electrical Code or City & Guilds certifications).

Hands-On Management

: Manage training workshops and equipment, ensuring tools and materials are well-maintained and that all health and safety protocols are strictly adhered to.

Student Evaluation

: Assess student progress through practical tests, written exams, and ongoing performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records of performance and attendance.

Mentorship and Support

: Advise and mentor students on academic and career paths, adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
