Key Responsibilities

Project Management

: Oversee ELV/IBMS projects from start to finish, managing schedules, budgets, and resources.

Design & Documentation

: Prepare technical drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and conduct site surveys.

Installation & Testing

: Install, terminate, and test cables (fiber, data, voice), cameras, security devices, and network equipment.

System Integration

: Ensure ELV systems work seamlessly with other building management systems.

Technical Support

: Troubleshoot issues, provide training, and support clients and end-users.

Compliance

: Ensure all work meets relevant industry standards and regulations.
Typical ELV Systems Managed

CCTV (Security Systems) Access Control Systems Fire Alarm Systems (FAS) IBMS/BMS (Integrated/Building Management Systems) LAN/WLAN (Data Networks) PA/GA Systems (Public Address/General Alarm)
Required Skills

Proficiency in reading and creating technical drawings. Experience with networking (LAN/WAN) and fiber optics. Troubleshooting & fault detection. Project coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
