We are looking for an experienced
ELV Designer / Project Coordinator
to support the planning, execution, and documentation of
ELV system projects
. The role involves coordinating with site teams, preparing technical documents, and ensuring smooth project execution as per design and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate ELV projects and act as a
Project Coordinator
between design, site, and client teams
Prepare
BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
based on project requirements and drawings
Regular follow-up with
site engineers and supervisors
to track project progress
Handle
project documentation
, including drawings, approvals, and records
Prepare
layout drawings
for ELV systems using AutoCAD / Revit
Identify and share any
design or site deviations
with clients and internal teams
Support planning, execution, and closure of projects within timelines
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of
ELV systems
(CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, Data & Networking)
Experience in
BOQ preparation and project coordination
Proficiency in
AutoCAD / Revit
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage documentation and follow up effectively
