Key Responsibilities

Design & Drafting

Prepare

detailed CAD drawings, ELV layouts, schematics, and GA drawings

. Support in

designing compliant ELV systems

and preparation of technical submissions. Prepare accurate CAD drawings for ELV layouts, schematics, and documentation for installation and coordination. Develop equipment general arrangements, cable routing, control schematics, cable tray designs, cable schedules, and rack arrangement layouts. Create detailed device placement plans, including CCTV coverage and focusing Assist in the design of

fire protection systems

(hydrants, sprinklers, pre-action, suppression).

Technical Documentation

Prepare

cable schedules, controller wiring diagrams, equipment layouts, rack arrangements, and BOMs

. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all design documents.

CAD & BIM Modeling

Create and update

AutoCAD drawings and Revit models

. Coordinate with MEP and architectural disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure smooth integration.

Coordination & Collaboration

Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and project teams for design clarifications. Provide support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases to ensure compliance with design.
Liaise with MEP, architectural, and construction teams to ensure smooth execution and minimize design conflicts.

Provide technical support to site execution teams for accurate installation and commissioning.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of LV/ELV system design and drafting. Familiarity with international and national codes/standards (NFPA, NBC, IS). Proficiency in: AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), CREO MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good knowledge of CCTV, BMS, ACS, and FAS systems. Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in design deliverables
