1. Strong command over all topics of English Grammar and Verbal Ability to deliver sessions on the same and to also efficiently update the content as & when required.

2. Create interactive and engaging content specific to English grammar and Verbal Ability.

3. Curate worksheets, Mock Tests and Handbooks for the students to practice the concepts of English grammar and Verbal Ability.

4. Excellent knowledge and strong delivery skills to deliver sessions on GDs, Spoken English, Phonetics, All kinds of Personal Interviews, Resume Drafting and Write-X to all the students and if required to the other trainers as and when assigned.

5. Bring substantial positive changes in the communication skills of the students and prepare them for the professional world.

6. Prepare detailed Resume Audit reports, Mock GD/PI feedback reports as well as WriteX reports and share the same with the students.

7. Design interactive and engaging classroom activities to help students build and polish their confidence and communication skills.

8. Design effective assessment tools to measure the training impact and accordingly create, edit, improve the training curriculums and assessment tools.

9. Effectively utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.

10. Design course specific syllabus and course files with required training aids and reference material to make the students proficient in communication skills and become employable.
