Job Description

The ELP Head of Trainee will oversee the development and progress of all trainees within the Enriched Learning Program (ELP), ensuring high standards of training, safety, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and supervise ELP trainees throughout their program. Monitor trainee progress, provide constructive feedback, and support skill development. Collaborate with instructors to enhance training methodologies and materials. Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards and institutional policies. Maintain accurate records of trainee performance and development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in aviation training, pilot instruction, or a related field. Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring capabilities. Familiarity with aviation safety protocols and ELP curriculum.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
