You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier professionals to contribute to our company's success. 
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.

Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, develop effective job descriptions, and establish a strong understanding of team dynamics.

Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.

Negotiation and Offer Management: Lead salary negotiations and offer processes, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages.

Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, proactively identifying potential candidates.
