Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of products and services to customers.

• Create an interactive, engaging, and reassuring store experience to build customer confidence.

• Follow the selling process and adhere to standard operating procedures and organizational policies.

• Ensure the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store.

• Utilize time effectively, including upgrading communication skills, gaining knowledge of SOPs, and managing stock.

• Complete operational duties, including paperwork and sales reports related to store opening and closing.

• Address customer inquiries regarding product offerings, pricing, billing, etc.

• Meet established sales objectives by selling products and services.

• Handle customer escalations.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand in an enclosed area 100% of your shift while assisting customers.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Females required
• 1+ year of working experience in Retail Sales.

• Must be available to work during retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.

• Well-groomed, highly motivated, aggressive, and possess a strong passion for sales.

• Good command of spoken English.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels.
