MISSION: You are the Chief Systems & Pipeline Manager (CSVM) and the operational architect of The Credle Group (Homes & Loans Worldwide). Your mission is to build, maintain, and audit the entire backend system to support 60+ closings per month and national expansion. You are responsible for data integrity and ensuring that all automated systems fire perfectly.
This is a HIGH-LEVEL, STRATEGIC role. Do NOT apply without specific experience in our core tech stack.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (Must Have Prior Experience With):
CRM Mastery (Lofty/KVCore): Full ownership of pipelines, tagging schema, and status management. Must implement and audit Lofty SmartPlans and KVCore Smart Campaigns.
Data Sourcing & Integrity: Daily data extraction from Remine, Bright MLS, and Data247. Must be proficient in CSV cleanup, import logic, and pipeline assignment.
Full Automation Build-Out: Design, test, and troubleshoot 5 Micro-Funnels (Buyer, Seller, Refi, Investor, Credit) and implement all Zapier/Make automations for lead routing.
Lead Scoring & Reporting: Implement the lead scoring system, generate the Daily Hot Lead Report, and ensure hot leads are instantly routed to the ISA (VA #2).
Financial Integration: Manage the contact sync with TotalExpert for refinance and lending pipelines, ensuring compliance standards are met.
Content Integration: Upload approved media assets (graphics, videos) from the Content VA (VA #3) into the CRM library for email/text use.
MANDATORY TECHNICAL STACK:
Expert Required: Lofty CRM, KVCore/BoldTrail, Remine.
Proficient: TotalExpert, Zapier/Make (Automation Logic), Google Sheets (Advanced Formulas).
COMPENSATION:
Base Salary: $500 - $1000 USD per month (depending on location).
Performance Bonus: $10 per Appointment Kept; $50 per Closed Deal. (Top salary reserved for those with certified Lofty/KVCore experience.)
