2- 5years experience is required in the Eligibility/ Benefits & Referral process for US Healthcare & should have knowledge in Commercial & Workers Compensation Insurance.
Good in communication skills and speaking with the patients. Patient calling experience is required.
Who can collect a patient's active insurance via multiple methods i.e. Insurance calling, Insurance Portal and patient calling.
Experience in procuring Authorization & Referral will be an added benefit.
