Job Summary (Senior Elevator Troubleshooter)

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong

Senior Elevator Troubleshooter

to lead complex breakdown resolution, advanced fault diagnosis, and on-site technical problem solving. This role requires deep expertise in elevator electrical and mechanical systems, the ability to handle critical situations independently, and the responsibility to guide junior technicians. The candidate will play a key role in minimizing downtime, improving service quality, and ensuring all safety and compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advanced Fault Diagnosis & Repair

Independently diagnose complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults in elevator systems. Troubleshoot controllers, drives, door operators, safety circuits, encoders, sensors, and braking systems. Identify root causes of repeated breakdowns and implement permanent corrective solutions.

2. Emergency & Breakdown Management

Handle emergency breakdown calls and restore lift operations within minimum downtime. Perform critical on-site decisions to ensure passenger safety and system stability. Support rescue operations and ensure proper safety procedures during breakdown situations.

3. Technical Leadership & Support

Guide and support junior technicians in troubleshooting and complex repairs. Coordinate with maintenance, modernization, and installation teams for technical execution. Provide on-site training and best-practice guidance when required.

4. Inspection, Testing & Compliance

Conduct detailed testing and safety checks after every major repair. Ensure all works comply with company standards and lift safety regulations. Prepare detailed service, breakdown, and root-cause reports.

5. Preventive & Improvement Support

Analyze breakdown patterns and recommend improvements to reduce recurring faults. Support modernization, controller replacement, and system upgrades. Assist management in technical planning and spare-part recommendations.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
