Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent).
2-4+ years of experience in elevator/escalator installation, maintenance, or site engineering.
Strong knowledge of elevator mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
Familiarity with safety codes (EN81, ASME A17.1, local regulations).
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Time management and site leadership.
Attention to detail and decision-making under pressure.
On-site work at construction sites or existing buildings.
May require overtime, weekend work, or travel depending on project schedule.
Physical activity such as climbing ladders or entering confined shafts may be required.
