Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution

Plan and schedule installation activities in coordination with project teams and clients. Review technical drawings and installation manuals. Allocate resources (manpower, tools, materials) for smooth execution. Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of projects.

2. Team Management

Supervise installation engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site inspections. Ensure all personnel adhere to company policies, safety norms, and work ethics.

3. Quality & Safety Compliance

Enforce safety procedures as per company and statutory standards. Conduct quality checks at each stage of installation. Ensure proper documentation of inspection reports, test certificates, and checklists.

4. Client Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during installation. Provide regular project updates, handle client queries, and resolve issues promptly. Coordinate with civil contractors, consultants, and local authorities for smooth site execution.

5. Testing, Commissioning & Handover

Oversee testing and commissioning of installed elevators/escalators. Ensure completion of handover documents and client sign-off. Facilitate training for client representatives on operation and maintenance.

6. Cost & Inventory Control

Monitor material usage and minimize wastage. Ensure installation budgets are adhered to and variances reported. Manage subcontractor billing and site expense records.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
