We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering principles and practices, with a focus on field service and industrial maintenance. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work effectively with customers, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Duties
Perform field service tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machinery and systems.
Interpret and work with schematics to ensure proper assembly and functionality of equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hydraulic systems and other mechanical components.
Collaborate with customers to provide exceptional service, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and any customer interactions.
Requirements
Proven experience in field service or industrial mechanics is highly desirable.
Strong electrical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems.
Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices and procedures.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Proficient understanding of schematics related to mechanical systems.
Experience with hydraulics is a plus.
A degree in engineering or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
