Experience:

1-3 years (Hospital experience preferred)

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within the hospital. Inspect and troubleshoot electrical equipment, wiring, lighting, UPS systems, and control panels. Ensure uninterrupted power supply for critical areas such as ICU, OT and labs. Monitor and maintain generators, transformers, HT/LT panels, and distribution boards. Attend electrical breakdowns promptly and rectify faults efficiently. Maintain hospital equipment such as medical outlets, patient room lighting, and emergency power systems. Support preventive maintenance schedules and maintain accurate maintenance logs. Assist in electrical safety audits and follow hospital safety guidelines. Coordinate with biomedical, maintenance, and housekeeping teams for timely repairs. Ensure compliance with all electrical codes, standards, and hospital protocols.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety standards. Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical faults quickly. Understanding of hospital-critical power supply requirements. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in shifts and attend emergency calls.
