Key Responsibilities

Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum and student needs. Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom learning environment. Assess student progress using tests, assignments, and performance evaluations. Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving in daily activities. Communicate effectively with parents regarding academic and behavioral progress. Integrate technology into lessons to enhance teaching and learning. Manage classroom discipline while promoting respect and mutual understanding. Participate in school activities, meetings, and ongoing teacher training.

Skill & Experience

Strong communication skills for interacting with students and parents. Classroom management skills ensuring discipline and positive learning outcomes. Ability to design innovative, engaging, and age-appropriate lesson plans. Patience and empathy to support diverse student learning needs. Proficiency with educational technology and digital teaching tools. Teamwork skills for collaboration with colleagues and school administration.
