Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging sessions on early childhood education, child development, pedagogy, and classroom management.

Develop and implement lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment tools.

Train students in child-friendly teaching techniques and activity-based learning.

Demonstrate how to create an inclusive and nurturing environment for young learners.

Organize classroom observations, assignments, and practical teaching demonstrations.

Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.

Maintain documentation, attendance, and progress reports of all trainees.

Stay updated with current trends and innovations in early childhood education.

Coordinate with the academic team to align training with curriculum goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education (B.Ed/M.Ed) or Early Childhood Education.

At least 2 years of experience in teaching or training in the pre-primary/early childhood education domain.

Knowledge of child psychology, developmental milestones, and age-appropriate pedagogy.

Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Passion for teaching and working with women from underprivileged backgrounds

Working days:- 9 to 6 PM
