We are seeking a

passionate and qualified Elementary Montessori Teacher

to guide and support our students in the elementary age group. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to the Montessori philosophy, fostering independence, curiosity, and respectful learning.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver Montessori-based learning experiences in a multi-age elementary classroom Create a stimulating, inclusive, and child-centered learning environment Observe, assess, and document student progress and development Build strong rapport with students and support their social and emotional growth Maintain open communication with parents and the school community Ensure classroom materials are organized and reflect Montessori principles The Montessori Post

Eligibility & Skills

Montessori Teacher Training (preferably AMI/AMS/MACTE or equivalent) Experience in elementary education or Montessori classroom practice Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Deep understanding of Montessori pedagogy and practice Ability to work in a

residential school environment

and contribute positively to school culture The Montessori Post

Preferred

Prior experience teaching elementary age children in a Montessori setting A nurturing and patient approach to child development
