Role Overview

We are looking for a

Spanish cum English/Maths/Project Facilitator

who can support learners in a self-directed education (SDE) environment. The facilitator will integrate language skills, numeracy, and project-based learning to create a holistic, creative, and inclusive space where children feel free to explore and grow.

, using child-led and project-based approaches. Support

self-directed education (SDE)

by guiding learners based on their interests, choices, and pace. Plan and facilitate project-based activities that help learners develop curiosity, critical thinking, and independence. Provide instruction to individuals and small groups across the assigned grade levels. Implement personalised learning plans and behaviour support plans when required. Observe learners, review assessments and study plans, and design learning experiences aligned with child development and SDE principles. Manage daily classroom operations and maintain an organised, safe, and nurturing learning environment. Ensure the emotional and physical well-being of all learners under your care throughout the year. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the board.
