At Tapas, the role of an Elementary Facilitator differs fundamentally from that of a conventional teacher. The Facilitator functions as a guide, observer, and co-learner, responsible for enabling

Self-Directed Education (SDE)

within a safe, respectful, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
