The opportunity
Most schools in India are built for "the average child." Everyone moves at the same pace, does the same worksheet, writes the same test, and is judged by the same yardstick.
But children are not average.
PEP Schoolv2 exists because we believe school needs a version 2. A model where learning is genuinely personalized, where children are known deeply, and where teaching is designed around how children actually learn. When you do this well, two things happen together. Children build strong academic foundations and they stay curious. They become confident learners who can explain their thinking, not just produce answers.
We are looking for educators who feel energized by this mission. People who want to redesign school so it fits children, instead of forcing children to fit school.
What you will do
This is not a role where you follow a fixed script. You will teach, design, and improve continuously.
Teach in a way that meets children where they are
? Work with students in a manner that allows you to actually know each child
? Understand each child's level, confidence, strengths, and gaps
? Adapt your approach so each child progresses with clarity and momentum
Design learning for understanding
? Create lessons that build real concepts, not memorized steps
? Help children explain their reasoning in math, articulate their ideas in writing, and connect ideas across subjects like science and social studies
? Use examples, stories, models, hands-on work, and real-world contexts to make learning stick
Build systems that make personalization possible
? Use observation and simple tracking to see where each child is and what they need next
? Contribute to routines, assessment methods, and classroom culture that help children become independent and responsible
? Share what you learn so good practices spread across PEP Schoolv2
Grow fast as an educator
? Get training and structured feedback
? Collaborate with a team that cares about teaching craft and learning outcomes
? Learn to teach with clarity, warmth, and high standards
Prior Teaching experience is not mandatory
We care more about capability and mindset than job titles. Many excellent educators come from other careers. Engineering, research, design, entrepreneurship, corporate roles, the arts. If you have done well in another field and feel pulled towards education, apply. PEP Schoolv2 has a lot of experience helping people transition into teaching through structured training, mentoring, and feedback.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred. Engineering backgrounds are welcome.
