Job Profile: Electroplating Supervisor*
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electroplating Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the electroplating department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the electroplating processes, with a particular focus on regulating machine operations. This position requires a deep understanding of electroplating chemistry, the ability to manage sophisticated machinery, and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervision and Optimization:
- Oversee daily operations of the electroplating process, ensuring efficient and effective machine performance.
- Monitor and adjust plating parameters to maintain consistent quality and meet production targets.
2. Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure high-quality finishes on all plated products.
- Implement quality control measures and troubleshoot any issues to minimize defects and rework.
3. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all processes comply with relevant environmental and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of plating processes, inspections, and compliance documentation.
4. Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
- Identify and resolve issues with plating processes and equipment promptly.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure regular servicing and upkeep of machinery.
5. Team Leadership:
- Train and mentor junior staff in electroplating techniques and safety protocols.
- Foster a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Graduate degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electroplating, with a focus on machine regulation and process optimization.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of electroplating chemistry and processes.
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting sophisticated plating machinery.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
