Operate and monitor plating tanks, rectifiers, and related equipment.
Maintain correct bath chemistry, temperature, voltage, and current density.
Check coating thickness and surface finish as per job requirements.
Identify and resolve plating defects such as burning, peeling, pitting, or uneven coating.
Handle chemicals safely and follow safety procedures at all times.
Maintain proper records of production, chemical usage, and quality checks.
Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of plating area and equipment.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
