Job Description

BE/ B.Tech in Chemical Engineering/ Material Science/ B.Sc in Chemistry.

Supervise day-to-day electroplating / surface treatment operations.

Monitor plating baths, chemical compositions, temperature, and process parameters.

Ensure plating thickness, surface finish, and adhesion meet required standards.

Schedule and allocate work to plating operators for optimum output.

Coordinate with Quality department for in-process and final inspection.

Maintain process records and ensure compliance with customer specifications.

Oversee maintenance of plating tanks, jigs, racks, and associated equipment.

Ensure compliance with safety norms and proper handling of chemicals.

Monitor effluent treatment and waste disposal as per environmental standards.

Train workers on PPE usage and safe practices.

Supervise plating operators and helpers.

Maintain cleanliness and safe working conditions in plating area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
