are looking for an experienced Electroplating Engineer to manage and supervise Copper and Nickel plating operations for molds used in our medical simulation product line. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of electroplating chemistry, equipment setup, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform copper and nickel electroplating on metal molds for PVC and FRP applications.
Prepare and maintain plating baths (NiSO?, NiCl?, CuSO?, etc.) ensuring proper pH and composition.
Operate and monitor rectifiers, anodes, filters, and agitation systems.
Manage pre-plating processes such as degreasing, polishing, and surface activation.
Measure coating thickness and ensure corrosion-resistant finish.
Maintain bath health, perform regular analysis, and manage chemical replenishment.
Ensure safety standards, waste disposal, and effluent treatment compliance.
Qualifications:
Diploma / B.Tech in Chemical, Metallurgical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in electroplating (preferably copper/nickel).
Hands-on knowledge of rectifier control panels, plating tanks, and quality assurance tools.
