Job Description
Conduct psychometric assessment of ITI students to identify aspirant students suitable for training on new-age skills mentioned aboveConduct training on new-age skills to ITI students and ITI trainersConnect with relevenat industries for internship / on-job-training (OJT) to students trained on new-age skillsMonitor and support the trained students during internship / OJTArrange for employment of trained students with relevant employersPrepare monthly plan for counselling and trainingRegulare reporting of the activities against planOccassionally, the trainer needs to counsel the school students through skill rath (van equipped with equipment on new-age skills like IoT, drone etc.) on vocational training at ITIsPrepare and provide highlights of trainings and other project activities to project manager on a regular basisJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per yearSchedule:
