Who We're Looking For

Graduates in

Science, Engineering, or Technology

, with a focus on electronics/electrical streams preferred. Naturally

curious individuals

who love simplifying complex concepts. Passionate about

mentoring students

and inspiring them through practical learning. Comfortable with

travel

to conduct workshops, sessions, and events across schools.

Generic Roles & Responsibilities

Design and deliver

engaging STEM sessions centered around electronics and innovation. Facilitate

inquiry-based learning

using models, circuits, and hands-on activities. Adjust teaching strategies based on

student age groups and learning preferences

. Guide students through

project-building exercises

to reinforce key concepts. Collaborate on

curriculum development

and continuous content improvement. Create a

fun, inclusive, and safe

learning space that promotes participation. Track and share

student progress feedback

with parents and team leads.

Technical Role & Core Responsibilities

This role goes beyond teaching -- you'll be the technical backbone of our STEM electronics programs.

Your work will include:

Designing custom

electronic circuits

and selecting appropriate components. Integrating

sensors

and microcontrollers for robotics and automation projects. Ensuring

power management

and system reliability in hands-on kits. Applying

signal processing

techniques to bridge software-hardware interaction.
