Background
We Pulse Seventeen have been working on smart child safety management solution since 2011, so that children can be monitored and tracked to ensure their security and safety. We are the supplier of RFID and SMS based an automatic student attendance system with wireless devices and electronic smart cards for schools, colleges, institutes.
In 2022 we launched our Robolabz programme for schools where we conduct workshops, Regular courses and summer camps to teach Electronics & Robotics with the aim to student's develop interests in science and bring out their creativity into creation of new projects. In alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) and the growing emphasis on holistic education, schools are increasingly integrating vocational courses into their curriculum. These courses not only cater to academic excellence but also focus on practical skill development, fostering a well-rounded educational experience for students. Among the key initiatives in this domain are STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) programs, which aim to cultivate critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and innovation among learners.
Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Computer Science or Electronics and Robotics Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students and teaching them the fundamentals of Computers, electronics, robotics, and STEM concepts. This role involves designing and delivering hands-on training sessions for school students, fostering innovation and creativity through practical applications of electronics and robotics.

Key Responsibilities
:
Curriculum Design and Development
:
Design engaging and age-appropriate lessons on electronics and robotics for students from primary to high school levels.
Develop interactive, hands-on projects, activities, and assessments to reinforce learning.
Integrate modern teaching techniques and technology to ensure effective delivery of lessons.
Training and Instruction
:
Conduct practical training sessions and workshops on robotics, electronics, and related technologies.
Provide individual and group support to students, helping them understand complex concepts and troubleshoot projects.
Motivate and inspire students to explore and apply electronics and robotics concepts in real-world scenarios.
Classroom Management
:
Maintain an organized, safe, and productive learning environment.
Monitor student progress and performance, offering timely feedback and support.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials in the classroom.
Collaboration with School Faculty
:
Work closely with school administrators and teachers to align the curriculum with the educational objectives.
Assist in the development of interdisciplinary projects and STEM initiatives.
Participate in school events and demonstrations related to electronics and robotics education.
Professional Development
:
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in electronics and robotics.
Continuously enhance teaching methodologies by attending workshops and professional development courses.
Share knowledge and insights with peers to foster a collaborative learning environment.
Roles & Responsibilities as Part of the Sales & Marketing Team:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities through market research and networking
Building and maintaining relationships with potential school principals
Preparing and delivering sales presentations (Technical part)
Coordinating with internal team to ensure successful delivery of products/services to schools
Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
Providing regular day to day reports and updates to the management team
You may require to travel outstation locations as & when required for the growth of the company
As member of the Sales & Marketing team, actively contribute in discussions and meetings, as well as in decision making regarding issues linked to the overall Marketing objectives of RobolabZ.
Develop a complete understanding of Pulse17's overall sales & Marketing strategy especially for the Robolabz programme.
Advise upon after sales & marketing strategy with the aim of increasing client retention and Monthly income.
Supporting for the Implementation of Digital marketing strategy.
4. Representation
Safeguard the ethical standards and principles & values of RobolabZ within all the customer care activities

With Pulse17 Marketing team on customer care and communication related issues
External
Correspond with regular customers and those using any of our alternative products (if required)
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience teaching electronics, robotics, or STEM subjects, preferably in a school setting.
Strong knowledge of basic electronics (e.g., circuits, sensors, actuators) and robotics concepts (e.g., microcontrollers, programming, automation).
Familiarity with robotics kits and platforms (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO Mindstorms, VEX Robotics).
Ability to teach programming languages relevant to robotics (e.g., Python, C++, html.Scratch).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and school staff.
Patience, creativity, and a passion for inspiring young minds in the field of technology and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
:
Teaching certification or training in pedagogy.
Experience in designing STEM curricula or robotics programs.
Prior experience working with children or in educational settings.
Familiarity with educational technologies and digital learning tools.
Working Conditions
:
Full-time position during school hours, with occasional after-school workshops or events.
The role will require working in a classroom environment, with access to electronics tools, robotics kits, and computers.
Occasional travel may be required for inter-school events or workshops.
