Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Electronics Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing operations of our industrial electronics division. This role involves managing production schedules, optimizing workflows, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with design and procurement teams to deliver high-performance products aligned with our premium branding goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations of the electronics production floor. Develop and implement efficient production processes for heaters, controllers, and induction cooktops. Collaborate with design and branding teams to ensure product aesthetics meet premium standards. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely material availability. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (ISO, CE, RoHS). Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement. Supervise and train production staff, fostering a culture of precision and accountability. Liaise with sales and technical teams to align production output with market demand.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in industrial or consumer appliances. Strong understanding of PCB assembly, SMT processes, and thermal management. Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience with visual branding integration in product design is a plus.
