: Electronics Production Engineer

Department: Production

Job Title: Electronics Production Engineer

Reporting To: Production Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Regularly update electronics production orders in SAP

Maintain accurate records of electronic components and BOM in both SAP and Excel

Coordinate with relevant teams to provide packing lists, labels, pick lists, and product codes

Prepare job completion reports and bills for fabricators or assembly teams

Coordinate with the Purchase team for timely procurement of electronic parts and PCBs

Maintain and update production-related tracking sheets and component consumption records

Ensure timely completion and delivery of electronic products as per sales or project orders

Promptly address delays or issues related to component shortages or process breakdowns

Skills

Technical knowledge of electronic manufacturing and component assembly

Proficiency in SAP for production planning and inventory tracking

Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, tracking sheets)

Strong organizational and documentation skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Performance Criteria / KPIs

Achieving daily/weekly production targets

On-time delivery of electronics assemblies/products as per schedule

Timely reporting of material shortages to the purchase team

Adherence to 5S and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety standards in the production area

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
