Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Electronics Production Engineer to manage and support the manufacturing and assembly of electronic products. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production operations, maintain quality standards, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee electronics assembly, testing, and production processes Identify and resolve production issues to maintain workflow Coordinate with design, QA, and procurement teams Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with standards Optimize production lines for efficiency and cost reduction Prepare technical reports, documentation, and work instructions

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or production Strong understanding of electronic components, PCBs, and assembly processes Experience with testing equipment and quality control tools Knowledge of IPC and ISO standards Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred:

Experience with SMT/Through-hole assembly lines Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems or lean manufacturing
