We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Soldering Technician to join our team and contribute to the assembly and manufacturing of our cutting-edge electronics products.

:

The Electronics Product Soldering Technician will be responsible for soldering components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) and assembling electronic products. The ideal candidate will have experience in soldering(SMT & through hole), a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform

high-precision soldering

and

rework

on Fine-pitch ICs, Smallest SMD components (e.g. 0402/0201), BGA / QFN / QFP packages Assemble, modify, and repair

prototype PCBs

as per engineering drawings, schematics, and rework instructions. Use tools such as: Hot air rework stations, Microscopes and inspection tools Multimeters, oscilloscopes (basic usage) Perform

BGA reballing/replacement

and X-ray/visual inspection coordination (if applicable). Work closely with hardware design and R&D engineers to: Implement design changes Provide feedback from a manufacturability/soldering perspective Support board bring-up and debugging activities Maintain

high quality standards

in solder joints, cleanliness, and ESD-safe handling. Document rework/assembly activities and maintain inventory of components and tools. Continuously look for

better methods, tools, or processes

to improve speed, quality, and repeatability of R&D builds.

Qualifications:



2-3 years of hands-on experience

as an Electronics Technician / Soldering Technician / PCB Rework Technician or similar role. Proven expertise in

manual SMD soldering

and

rework

, including: Very small components (0402/0201 or similar), BGA and other complex IC packages Ability to work confidently under a microscope for extended periods. Familiarity with

ESD practices

, safe handling of electronics, and basic PCB assembly standards. Ability to read and understand

schematics, PCB layouts, and assembly drawings

(basic to intermediate level). Good communication skills and the ability to work with R&D engineers and cross-functional teams.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to troubleshoot and repair soldering defects or assembly issues as they arise.

Team Player:

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications:



Certification:

IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification in soldering and electronic assembly is a plus.

Experience:

Experience with surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole soldering techniques. Experience in an

R&D / prototype / low-volume

environment. Basic understanding of

digital and analog electronics

. Exposure to

testing and validation

of assembled boards (continuity checks, power-on checks, basic signal probing, etc.).

Self-motivated

, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision. Strong

innovation mindset

- willing to experiment with new tools, jigs, and methods to improve quality and efficiency. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
