Role Summary:
We are looking for a
highly skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Inspector
to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
inspection of cable harnesses, PCBs, and electronic assemblies
, with a strong understanding of
IPC standards
,
EMI/EMC testing
, and
electronic QA processes
in manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect cable harnesses, PCB assemblies, control panels, and mechanical/electronic components
Conduct environmental tests such as thermal cycling, humidity, vibration, shock, altitude, and ingress protection (IP) tests
Perform EMI/EMC testing per relevant standards (e.g., MIL-STD-461, CISPR, ISO 7637, DO-160)
Prepare and verify test setups, fixtures, and instrumentation
Monitor test parameters and report any deviations or anomalies
Operate data acquisition systems and EMI/EMC test receivers
Document inspection results and test reports with high accuracy
Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation in collaboration with engineering teams
Ensure lab compliance with safety, ESD protocols, and calibration standards
Participate in audits and maintain compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and other applicable standards
Contribute to test automation and quality improvement initiatives
Role Requirements:
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
Diploma holders: Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience
Degree holders (B.Tech): Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
Experience in:
Inspection of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and electronic components
Cable harness and wiring assemblies
Control panel inspection and QA
Electronic/mechanical assembly processes
Usage of inspection tools, electronic schematics, and wiring diagrams
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
Certifications:
IPC-A-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies)
IPC/WHMA-A-620 (Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies) - CIS or CIT preferred
Knowledge of MIL-STD-2000, J-STD-001, or other aerospace/defense standards
Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 lab standards
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with inspection and functional test tools
Experience with electronic QMS/ERP systems
MS Office proficiency
Basic troubleshooting of CPU and electronic components

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per month
