FunctionResearch & Development - JaipurPay BandE4 to M2RoleThe Role consists in part of electronics hardware testing and validation against Hardware system requirements. This role also requires significant contribution to HW signal level unit testing. This is an important area in the Hero control unit section for testing of electronics Hardware. To steer the validation and testing of the various electrical/electronic/mechanical interfaces, internal circuitries, life time estimations, ensuring reliability of the product. Under this assumption, you will validate hardware design at automotive standard level.A purpose driven role for youThe Role consists in part of electronics hardware testing and validation against Hardware system requirements. Under this assumption, you will validate hardware design at automotive standard level.A Day in the life~ PCBA board bring up- Unit testing, signal level measurement- ICT, FCT test plan and testing- functional testing- Coordination with FW testing team- Automation and manual testing- testing rig development and procurement planning- HW Schematics reading and test point planning- Support to integrate electronics HW with vehicle system- Analysis and troubleshooting of electronics Hardware to integrate in vehicle- EMI/EMC test creation and execution according to test standards- testing and validation Support and test case definition for SIL, HIL and vehicle testing- testing report creation and failure information- Coordination with designer- Change management and documentation- Release process and PLM understandingAcademic Qualification & ExperienceBTech/B.E in Electronics/ElectricalTechnical Skills/Knowledge

• Sound knowledge of DSO, function generator, power supplies

• Sound knowledge of Analog and Digital interfaces

• Electronics HW Parts understanding

• PCB schematic and layout reading

• Testing know how of board bring up and shutdown process at system level

• Care about Hero specific testing standard, safety requirements in terms of ISO26262 adherence.

• Understanding of EMI/EMC

• Knowledge of Automotive systems and architectures

• Knowledge in Validation and testing

Behavioural Skills

• Experience in working under time constraint and under pressure

• Innovative thinking, leadership skills, intercultural skills
