Key Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and repairing

industrial electronic hardware

(SMPS, sensors, PLC cards, HMI panels, drives, controllers) PCB-level diagnostics, component replacement, soldering/de-soldering Testing boards using

multimeter, continuity tester, oscilloscope

Wiring, assembly, and integration of automation hardware Field support for breakdown maintenance if required Preventive maintenance of electronic modules in client industries Preparing service reports and updating maintenance records

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of

electronic components & circuits

Ability to read

circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams & datasheets

Skilled in

SMD/SMT soldering

and repairing damaged tracks Understanding of

PLC I/O modules, relays, power supplies, sensors

Good fault-finding ability in industrial machines Diploma / ITI (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation)

Qualification

Experience:

5-10 years ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Additional certification in hardware repair is an advantage
