**Job Title: Electronics Hardware Design Engineer**

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Hardware Design Engineer with 3-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, testing, and troubleshooting electronic hardware systems. **Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop electronic hardware systems from concept to production, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
- Conduct schematic design, PCB layout, and component selection for analog and digital circuits.
- Perform circuit simulation, analysis, and optimization to meet performance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware engineers, mechanical engineers, and product managers to integrate hardware with software and mechanical components.
- Prototype, debug, and test electronic circuits and systems, identifying and resolving issues throughout the development process.
- Work closely with manufacturing partners to ensure successful transfer of designs to production.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electronics hardware design.
- Provide technical support to other team members and assist in troubleshooting hardware-related issues.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
- 3-7 years of experience in electronics hardware design, preferably in consumer electronics, medical devices, or automotive industries.
- Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout software (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro).
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles, including signal integrity and power management.
- Experience with simulation tools such as SPICE, MATLAB, or similar.
- Knowledge of industry standards and protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART, USB, HDMI).
- Familiarity with EMC/EMI compliance and design for manufacturing (DFM) principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced team environment.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience with high-speed digital design and signal integrity analysis.
- Familiarity with FPGA programming and VHDL/Verilog.
- Knowledge of wireless communication technologies (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, cellular).
- Understanding of thermal management techniques and thermal analysis.
- Previous involvement in product certification processes (e.g., FCC, CE).
