About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on initial hardware prototyping, sensor interfacing, and board bring up
2. Use soldering stations, hot-air guns, and infrared ovens for PCBA
3. Work on the development of systems and printed circuit boards
4. Work on PCB layout and schematic generation - digital, analog, and mixed-signal designs
5. Develop system firmware spanning micro circuitry running on 32-bit microcontrollers, to enterprise-level high-end computing devices taking reliability, availability, and serviceability into account
6. Define, design, implement and test software applications using a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to C/C++, Python, Git, and other scripting languages

What you will need:

1. 3-5 years of experience as an electronics or embedded engineer in the product/IoT industry
2. Solid experience with motion sensors like IMU, Acceleros, and Gyroscopes
3. Familiar working with Li-Ion rechargeable battery-based devices
4. Experience with printed circuit board schematic capture, layout, and routing including high-density and high-speed routing
5. Experience using tools like Altium, KiCAD
6. Experience working with ARM-based processors (i.e. Cortex-M, Cortex-A) from ST, TI, NXP, Nordic, etc.
7. Using C or other programming languages for low-level hardware brings up
8. Using ST-CubeIDE, VSCode, and C-based firmware development environments

Additional Information
